DECALSTICK 804 is used in the decoration of ceramic and earthenware, and allows the application of the transfers decals on the wet glaze. The covercoat of the decal is dissolved, therefore one firing is eliminated because the glaze and the decal are firing together. After firing, the colours of the decal remain underglaze, and this means that the surface of the object is completely smooth, and even after years of use, (in the dishwasher, etc.) the colours never fade. For best results we recommend the use of decals made with our covercoat COLLODIO 440 F.

Aldero introduces a wide range of low metal release onglaze colours suitable for conventional and faster firing onto a wide range of ceramic substrates. The colours is made from a compatible glass system and therefore all intermixable.

These colours are suitable for Direct Screen Printing, Screen Transfer Printing, Spraying, Banding, Handpainting and can be supplied in powder, paste or thermoplastic form.
