In completion to the
wide variety of solutions that ALDERO offers to it’s
customers, PROJECTING and MODELLING services are
also available.
PROJECTING:
ALDERO takes advantage
of high level designer experience, competent in the
ceramic industry, that have knowledge on details and
problems that characterize the production of
finished ceramic products. The study and research of
new aesthetic lines can be personalized according to
market ranges and geographic areas where the
products are designated: starting from an economic
range towards the study of high level product design
going through various middle market ranges and
without leaving out new trends and innovative
solutions. We have digital 3D technologies that help
to visualize in short time three-dimensional virtual
images of the products to realize. We also have the
possibility to realize, by means of parametric
software and cutters, 1:1 scale prototypes in
polyurethane resin; this is useful for having a
prior evaluation of space and problematics that may
develop in the production phases where the product
will be manufactured.
MODELLING:
Following the
projecting step, ALDERO offers the realizing of the
model in real plaster with the calculation of
shrinking and hypothetical deformation in the
production phases. We are able to realize the first
original mould and the mother mould both in resin
and plaster material. The production moulds can be
personalized on the basis of the casting technology
adopted. At the completion of the entire process we
include the service of testing the first cast and
firing.
