Sanitary-ware
production has a very complex Know How that refers
to a classic theory of raw material behaviour and
practice in casting that depends on the manual
ability of the worker even though machinery
automation is used.
So, to be clear, Know
How is divided in two different parts, theory and
practice. Theory lasts 5 working days and includes
the following subjects:
-
Raw materials. Chemical and
physical ceramic analysis. Information on the main
materials used by major sanitary ware manufacturers.
-
Analysis on necessary
supply. Control, machinery and technical lab necessary
for a good functioning of the factory.
-
Production flow, necessary
tests at every production stage for total control.
-
Detailed analysis on nation
materials, casting and firing tests for eventual
additions to the final formula.
-
Development of a slip
formula using national raw materials. The same for
enamels.
-
Elements useful for a
factory organization.
-
Technical information
regarding materials like plaster for models, plaster for
production, etc.
The subjects will be
treated by experienced and acknowledged technicians
we send. The languages spoke by the speaker and the
sheets will be Italian and English (by request
translations in other languages can be obtained) The
trainings (practical Know How) will be done in
operative firms where all the described production
processes in the flow chart can be experienced
working together with the operators and, at the same
time, the slip and enamel formulas developed during
the theory part will be tested.
