In ceramic field it is
more and more necessary to replace the plaster
moulds with the resin moulds. In fact the former
involves many problems such as: brief lasting ,
disposal costs and environment problems due to
disposal as well.
Nowadays plaster has
become less and less suitable to meet Customers
production requests especially in the sectors of
bathroom fittings and catering industry where people
ask for bulk quantities and following that, controls
of qualitydimensional standards have been
introduced.
As far as the
ecological domain is concerned plaster is becoming a
very big problem since it is considered a special
waste demanding high disposal costs. On the contrary
resin, being a biodegradable material, is disposed
of as an assimilable urban waste or, once milled, it
can be recered as inert to be re-used.
ALDERO is addressing to
firms that produce ceramics sanitary articles,
kitchenware and, generally, items obtained by
casting. In these years was developed a microporous
resin for low and high pressure casting benches, to
control the installation’s costs and to utilize the
plants in existence.
The production cycles
are elevated (about 20.000 cycles) with great
economic and quality benefits.
ALDERO offers a
technical and technological assistance for sistems
of every kind to guarantee and meet the productive
and qualitative requirements of its Customers. It
has formulated a special primer to obtain
microporous moulds starting from our plaster matrix
LUDUR XL, to have a drastic reduction of the costs
of models.
In these years ALDERO
has created hundreds of moulds with microporous
resin, which are employed in the kitchenware sector
and in the sanitary sector (wash-basin, bidet, etc.).
It has supplied microporous moulds and technological
assistance to firms leader in their sectors.
The microporous resin
is formed by 4 products that must be weighed and
mixed between them appropriately, to obtain a
homogeneous mixture and sufficiently fluid to be
cast in suitable forms. We are able to supply resin
and the know how in order to help our customers to
produce alone in their factory.
