The “FFS” rolls are
produced on multi-layer blown film coextrusion
machines of the most modern kind. For these machines
all functions are integrated in a sophisticated
software which is controlled by industrial computers.
Thickness and width of the film are also checked
automatically.
The printing of the product is performed on
technologically advanced printers which print up to
6 colours. These printers are provided with a
controlled winding system to ensure constancy of
tension in winding, from the beginning of the rolls
to the end, thus eliminating problems such as film
blocking.
The rolls may be printed inside the gussets and may
be embossed or provided with antislip glue stripes
in order to guarantee a perfect stability of the
sacks on pallets. |
